PODIUM JUST MISSED IN MOTO2 WITH AI OGURA

In Moto2, the MT Helmets MSI team showcased an excellent performance with Ai Ogura, who delivered a solid race thanks to the remarkable work of the team from Friday onwards.

Despite the difficulties faced by Sergio Garcia, who is still suffering from a shoulder injury, the team displayed determination and adaptability. Garcia fought bravely, but his suboptimal physical condition made the race particularly challenging for him.

#03 SERGIO GARCÍA

NC

"It's really a shame about the crash today in the race, because I believe we could have done a good job. Now it's time to focus on the Asian tour, where I'm sure it will be a time for growth."

#79 AI OGURA

P4

"The race was really fast compared to the previous San Marino Grand Prix. I faced several difficulties in my riding and couldn't catch up to the rivals ahead of me. In this case, P4 is fine; we managed the weekend and the race very well, which is always the goal. I'm very happy with this weekend, and now we're heading towards the Asian tour; let's see how it goes."

#48 IVAN ORTOLÀ

P5

"It wasn't a bad race; I just held back a bit at the start because I wanted to conserve too much. Because of that, I opened up a big gap of a second, and then I couldn't recover. The most important thing is that we know we have the level and we are there."

#06 RYUSEI YAMANAKA

P15

"I started from P15 on the grid and had difficulties right from the start, making many mistakes. After several laps, I started to feel better, which is important for the next race. Now we need to keep working to improve."
